Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Given the operational challenges, we do not have order cancellations. We kindly ask customers to refrain from making impulsive orders.
Return Policy:
We have a 2-day return policy, meaning you have 2 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Kindly note that a gift coupon (with unlimited validity) will be given instead of a monetary refund.
We only accept returns for items that are damaged during shipping. Please note that an unboxing video is required for us to issue the gift coupon.
Return Registration Process
Step 1. You can send us the unboxing video at contact.goodwillcollections@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Step 2. Our team will review and approve your return.
Step 3. Once your return is approved, you can courier your package back to us as we do not offer pick-up service. Please ensure to use the same packing box.
Step 4. Once received here, we will quality check the products and then initiate the gift coupon.
